Yoga

I practice mainly the Hatha style of yoga, in a non-spiritual way - concentrating on postures, balance and breathing techniques.

Regular sessions contribute to:

  • building core strength
  • improving stability, balance and co-ordination
  • Improving flexibility and posture
  • reducing stress and heightening concentration
  • improving digestion
  • enabling deeper relaxation

The fees for my yoga sessions are:

  • £40 for 60 minutes
  • £55 for 90 minutes
